Set Up, Use, and Enjoy Your Oliver James Lilo

Setting Up Your Lilo
To set up any Oliver James Lilo, first find a flat, dry, clean surface wide enough to unfold your Lilo.
Gen II Lilos (Ring II, Single II, Double II)
Unzip the compression zip on the LiloCase, followed by the opening zip.
Open the LiloCase, unstrap the velcro straps, and move the straps to the side.
Locate the valve window. Open the valve window to expose the valve. Open the valve cap by unscrewing counter-clockwise. Ensure you are not unscrewing the valve core while undoing the cap.
Attach the inflation adaptor (the longer of the two adaptors) to the INFLATE port on the pump. Attach the pump and adaptor to the valve at a 90º angle by firmly pressing the adaptor into the valve.
Press the power button on the pump. If the pump does not begin inflating, hold the power button down for 3–5 seconds, until the blue light begins to flash. Then, press the power button again to begin inflating.
Step back and watch the Lilo inflate. You do not need to unfold, unfurl, or touch the Lilo during this process.
The included pump will inflate the Lilo to the recommended operating firmness. You can increase the firmness by inflating further with your lungs, or reduce the pressure by letting a little air out. Keep your Lilo at the pressure you like. Changes in temperature can affect the firmness of your Lilo.
Remove the pump from the valve and attach the valve cap by screwing it onto the valve body in a clockwise direction.
Check the LiloCover is aligned with the LiloCore. Adjust as needed.

Hammocks
Unfold the Lilo.
Locate the valve cover. There are two on each Hammock. Unzip the valve windows on each inflatable to expose the valve. For twist valves, twist counter-clockwise to release. For post valves, pull the valve up from its recessed position in the inflatable core.
Blow each inflatable up until it reaches the desired firmness. Alternatively, use the inflate adaptor and the OJL rechargeable pump (sold separately).
Check the LiloCover is correctly aligned with the inflatable cores. Adjust as needed.
Close the valve cover.
Sit in the Hammock, find your most comfortable position, and bring the relaxation with you.
Using Your Lilo
There isn't really a wrong way to use your Oliver James Lilo. The cover is richly padded, the shape is comfortable in many positions, and the style suits any environment. It's light enough to bring with you, and durable enough to use on most surfaces. Treat it as a piece of furniture, lounge with it, use the Lilo to relax as you like.
Your Lilo floats, but it's not a lifesaving device. Always use your Lilo close to the shore, dock, pool edge, or other fixed object to avoid drifting away. Use the eyelets to tie the Lilos down during windy days or on boats.
When you're not using your Lilo, keep it out of the water. Consider it a tool to help you establish your moment: bring it with you when you're looking to relax and connect.
Always let the Lilo dry out before storage, to avoid the growth of mold and mildew.
Jump on your Lilo with caution. The Lilo supports play and fun, but isn't intended for serious action.
