Our lilos are meticulously designed to last for a long time. But, if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back. Assuming the lilo wasn’t mis-used, we are happy to replace any defective floats or parts within 12 months of the purchase date. Simply reach out to us at contact@oliverjameslilos.com and we will initiate the replacement process. All new parts are shipped with FedEx International Priority and delivered in 5-7 business days.
