Featuring the latest marine-grade trims and engineered inflatable cores, this truly luxury Lilo collection offers unparalleled comfort and style, making it a must-have for your outdoor leisure collection.
At Oliver James Lilos, we pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of luxury and innovation. In collaboration with the renowned La Double J, Orlebar Brown, and the historic Mantero 1902, we have crafted a custom Jacquard woven fabric from a bespoke print that embodies timeless elegance.
Our Solution Dyed Acrylic fabric, developed with Sunbrella, features a large, intricate repeating pattern of 70 x 90cm. The design team at OJL embraced the challenge of this complex pattern, ensuring every detail exudes sophistication and precision.
At Oliver James Lilos, attention to detail is paramount. Our design team meticulously planned the pattern making to ensure every panel, especially the 20+ panels required for the ring, aligned perfectly.
Each panel was hand-drawn with chalk using hand-etched stencils, ensuring the correct placement on the pattern for consistency and matching panels at almost every seam. A showcase of our commitment to excellence and precision in every piece.
After meticulously chalking and reviewing each panel for consistency, our team carefully cut out each piece by hand. Each panel was then labeled and filed, ready to be passed to our expert sewing team.
Using the world’s finest outdoor threads - Coats Da Bond and Tenera Thread - we sewed the panels together with precision. The final touch is our signature Phifertex tapered bases, ensuring durability and style in every Oliver James Lilos creation.
