experience. All packages are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered via FedEx
International Priority to ensure your lilo is delivered in 5-7 business days. Once you place
an order, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 business days.
We currently offer free shipping to all delivery addresses in the U.S. Shipping costs to
other countries will vary and will be applied during the payment process.

Free returns within 15 days*
We want you to love your Oliver James lilo as much as we do, but we understand things
don’t work out sometimes. If you’re having issues with your lilo or decide the product
isn’t for you, reach out to us within 15 days of receiving the product and we’ll help to
troubleshoot or initiate the return process. Just remember to keep the original
packaging!
We will provide you with a prepaid electronic shipping label. Simply pack up all unused
items in the original packaging (intact) and return to us to receive a refund (less the cost
of return shipping).

Our lilos are meticulously designed to last for a long time. But, if something goes wrong,
we’ve got your back.
Assuming the lilo wasn’t mis-used, we are happy to replace any defective floats or parts
within 12 months of the purchase date. Simply reach out and we will initiate the
replacement process. All new parts are shipped with FedEx International Priority and
delivered in 5-7 business days.
