Our lilos are meticulously designed to last for a long time. But, if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back. Assuming the lilo wasn’t mis-used, we are happy to replace any defective floats or parts within 12 months of the purchase date. Simply reach out and we will initiate the replacement process. All new parts are shipped with FedEx International Priority and delivered in 5-7 business days..

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you decide that your Oliver James lilo isn’t right for you within 15 days of receiving the product, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process.
We will provide you with a prepaid electronic shipping label. All unused items in original packaging (intact) received within 15 days of delivery will be fully refunded, less the cost of return shipping. Customer is responsible for return postage. Return orders should be sent to the address below:

Please note: The return process usually takes one to two weeks, factoring in the time it takes to receive the package at our warehouse and for the refund to hit your account. We will send out an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the order -- less the cost of shipping -- to the credit card used for the purchase within 48 hrs.
We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your lilo. We would suggest that you try to inflate it one more time and ensuring that the valve is fully closed. Often, slow leak issues result when the valve is not fully closed and tightened. In your Oliver James package there is an instruction manual with further details and directions.
All lilos slowly lose air over an extended period of time, however if the air loss is sudden, please contact email@example.com for further assistance.
We recommend patching the puncture using the TPU patches that are included in your Oliver James box. Patches are also available from most sporting goods stores or Amazon.
FLOAT CARE AND USE
Ages 14 & above. Oliver James lilos are not a life saving device. Do not leave children unattended while in use.
Inflate your lilo slowly until the float is firm to your liking. For more pressure you can top up the float with your breath but be careful to not over-inflate. When inflated, the air chambers feel firm to the touch. Do not over-inflate until hard. Oliver James recommends using the li-on electric/rechargeable inflatable air mattress pump to inflate your float. Do not use air compressors or compressed air to inflate. Use of an air compressor or over-inflation can rupture the product beyond repair and voids any warranty.
Changes in air temperature will cause air to expand or contract. This can cause serious damage to your float. Please use caution when leaving your float in direct sunlight as the sun will heat the float and cause the air to expand. You may need to release air from your float if your float is hot. Conversely, you may need to add air to your float when in-contact with cold water or if left outside overnight.
There is no problem in leaving your lilo inflated on a day-to-day basis. However, we do suggest that to prevent the buildup of mold or mildew you keep your lilo out of the water when not in use. We also suggest routinely rinsing your float with fresh water when used in chlorine or saltwater.
If you are going away for an extended period of time, we suggest storing your float in a cool and dry place. Ensure the float is completely dry. Deflate until flat, roll, strap up and store in your lilo bag.
Store your deflated lilo float in a cool, dry place with no UV exposure to protect against sun damage.
Remember that while solution dyed acrylic does not promote mold and mildew growth, it can grow on embedded dirt and other foreign substances. Here’s how to get rid of it:
1. Make a solution using a cup of bleach, ¼ cup of mild soap, and a gallon of water.
2. Spray it over the whole affected area.
3. Clean it with a sponge, a towel, or a very soft bristle brush.
4. Allow it to soak in for up to 15 minutes.
5. Rinse the area thoroughly, removing all the soap.
6. Air dry.
If the stain does not lift, repeat these steps with more bleach in your solution.
Solution Dyed Acrylic can also be machine washed in cold water with a mild detergent.
