How much does shipping cost?
We are proud to offer FREE international shipping with duties and taxes included via DHL express. The price of shipping is factored into the price of our lilos.
Where do you ship?
We take orders from most locations in the world and ship by DHL express.
If you can’t locate your shipping destination, our experienced logistics team can take enquiries and explore any more complex shipping destination.
How long does shipping take?
If your order is in stock, you can expect to receive your shipment by DHL express in 5-7 business days.
What about duties and taxes?
For international customers, all local, state and national taxes and duties are included in the Lilos' price. Our customer’s do not have to worry about receiving any VAT/GST bills on delivery.
Lilo Care and Use
How do we care for our lilos?
We recommend that our customers keep their Lilos out of the water when not in use. This prevents two things;
- The Lilo’s covers rubbing against rough pool edges and developing general wear and tear
- The buildup of mold and mildew
The inner pressure of your Lilos will naturally change with time and temperature change. We recommend routinely topping up the air with the air pumps provided with their order.

How do we remove stains or mold/mildew?
All our Lilos are made from Solution Dyed Acrylic (SDA). Although SDA is water repellent and mold/mildew resistant, over time the efficacy of these performance features may decrease.
However, SDA is also bleach cleanable through spot cleaning. Please refer to our User Manuals for more information.
To ensure SDA fabrics maintain their performance features, you can routinely treat them with over the counter fabric treatments.
For Water Repellency Treatment, we recommend 303® Fabric Guard
How do we set-up and store the lilos?
All our Lilos are provided with an air pump. This air pump can be used to both inflate and deflate your Lilos.
Should you wish to store your Lilos, refer to the User Manual for detailed folding and storage instructions.
Issues with pumps
Depending on where and when you purchased your Lilo(s), you may have a battery powered or wired pump.
For battery powered pumps, make sure that the battery is charged. The first step is to unplug the USB charging cable. Once the USB charging cable is unplugged, rapidly press the on/off button twice to turn on the pump.
Warranty
How long is the warranty period?
We offer a 1-Year Full Warranty on any faulty components of your Lilo(s). If you experience a faulty component, please contact us through the Warranty Page. Your feedback is invaluable to our product development process as we strive to create high-quality inflatables.
What is the process for troubleshooting the Lilo(s)?
Many issues can be resolved or repaired using the kits included in your order. However, if you are unable to identify and troubleshoot the issue with our team, we reserve the right to collect and inspect the faulty component before processing your warranty request.
What is the process for returning faulty components?
We will send you a prepaid return shipment label along with a link to schedule a pick-up. You will need to source a suitable box and provide our team with its dimensions. If you are outside a DHL pick-up zone or unable to drop off your Lilo(s) at a DHL service point, an additional charge may apply. Additionally, we reserve the right to repair the component(s) at one of our service centers rather than replacing them with new ones.
How long does it take to process a warranty order?
If we are already aware of the issue and your Lilo(s) cannot be repaired, we can initiate a warranty order within 24-48 hours. However, if our team needs to collect and inspect the faulty component, your warranty request will be processed within 5-10 business days after your Lilo(s) arrive at our warehouse and have been inspected by our team. If your Lilo(s) require repairs, the lead time will depend on the complexity of the issue.
What happens if our lilos have an issue but the warranty period has expired?
Please contact us regardless of the issue and let us know the problem you’re experiencing. We’re eager to help get your Lilo(s) back up and running and will do our best to assist you. We also keep stock of all components and parts at our warehouse, and some parts are available for purchase on our website here.
Returns and Refunds
Can we return or refund our Lilo(s)?
For all orders placed on our online store, we offer a full refund within 15 days of delivery, provided the Lilo(s) are unused. We will send you a prepaid return shipment label along with a link to schedule a pick-up. If you plan to return your Lilo(s), please ensure that all components, product box(es), and master box(es) are included. If the original boxes are missing, you will need to source a suitable box and provide our team with its dimensions. Please note that returns and refunds are only applicable to the original purchaser.
Are there any fees for returning our Lilo(s)?
If the Lilo(s) have been used or if any components are missing, a fee covering the cost of the component(s) or the cleaning/repair service will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if you are outside a DHL pick-up zone or unable to drop off your Lilo(s) at a DHL service point, an additional charge may apply.
How long does a refund take to process?
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after your Lilo(s) arrive at our warehouse and have been inspected by our team.
Issues with Customs and importation
If you encounter any issues with customs or importing your Lilo(s), please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. One of our team members will promptly open a case and assist you.
If your Lilo(s) are returned, we will resend them under a new Air Waybill (AWB). However, we may require additional information from you to clear customs.
If the Lilo(s) are returned through no fault of your own and you prefer a refund, we will process a full refund within 5-10 business days after the Lilo(s) arrive at our warehouse and have been inspected by our team.
Exchanges
Can we exchange our Lilo(s)?
For all orders placed on our online store, exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. To process your exchange, we will need to locate the original order number. If the Lilo(s) were a gift, please provide the order number, name, email, or address of the original purchaser.
What is the process for exchanging our Lilo(s)?
We will send you a prepaid return shipment label along with a link to schedule a pick-up. If you plan to exchange your Lilo(s), please ensure that all components, product box(es), and master box(es) are included. If the original boxes are missing, you will need to source a suitable box and provide our team with its dimensions.
Are there any fees for exchanging our Lilo(s)?
If the Lilo(s) have been used, we will send you a payment link for the cleaning and/or repair services. If any components are missing, they will not be included in the packaging of your exchanged Lilo(s). Additionally, if you are outside a DHL pick-up zone or unable to drop off your Lilo(s) at a DHL service point, an additional charge may apply.
How long does an exchange take to process?
Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after your Lilo(s) arrive at our warehouse and have been inspected by our team.

Gift Cards
If you are interested in purchasing a gift card, please contact us [email protected] with the desired gift card value. We will send you an invoice directly and upon payment we provide a digital gift card. Gift packs to help the beneficiary are available on request. Refunds are accepted within 15 days of purchase and the refund value excludes any associated credit card charges.
